Cookie Policy

This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use on this website, and how you can manage your preferences.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work as expected, to remember your preferences, and to give website operators a basic understanding of how visitors engage with their content.

Cookies do not contain executable code and cannot access other files on your device. They are stored in your browser and can be read only by the website that created them (first-party cookies) or, in some cases, by third-party services embedded in the page.

You can control which categories of cookies are active on our website using the preference controls in Section 5 of this page.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by third-party services embedded in or connected to this website. These services may include:

  • Google Analytics — for website usage statistics (analytics category)
  • Google Maps — for the embedded map on our homepage (essential for map display)
  • Advertising networks — if marketing cookies are enabled

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy and cookie practices. We encourage you to review those policies directly if you have specific concerns.

5. Your Cookie Preferences

You can manage your preferences for each optional cookie category below. Changes take effect immediately and are stored in your browser's localStorage under the key cookieConsent, keeping your choices in sync with the cookie notice on our homepage.

On mobile browsers, cookie settings are typically found in the browser's Settings or Privacy menu — the exact path varies by app and operating system version. Searching "cookies" within your browser's settings is generally the quickest route. On iOS, Safari's privacy settings are also accessible via the device Settings app under Safari.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time. You can do this using the preference controls in Section 5 above, or by clearing cookies through your browser settings.

Withdrawing consent to optional cookies will not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place while consent was in effect. It may, however, affect certain website features that depend on those cookies.
